“We have grown consistently through customer referrals”
Visible Systems was established in 1991 and has grown consistently through customer referrals since its inception. Our Managing Director, Ken Bate, has built a team of loyal and experienced engineers who have many decades of experience in the IT industry.
We already work with a number of high profile clients such as Michael Bailey Associates, Bizspace and Safeland PLC see CLIENTS page for details. We are based in Hertfordshire, many of our clients are in the South East and London but we have customers all over the world, including Australia, Singapore and Europe.
“Many of our clients have been with us since the early 1990’s”
Many of our clients have been with us for many years, some since the early 1990’s. They appreciate the consistency of being supported by the same people who really understand their IT system and being able to speak to them directly without going through a help desk or automated switchboard. Our staff turnover is exceptionally low so our team have built an in depth understanding of our clients sites and their requirements.
Visible Systems provides a high level of outsourced IT intelligence which is backed by a highly skilled and motivated team of IT professionals to ensure that our clients business technology performs effectively and efficiently.
“We have a proven record of dealing with disasters like a flood, fire or burglary…”
We have a proven record of dealing with disasters effectively and promptly. When one of our customers suffered a flood caused by a burst pipe that flooded the building and soaked their servers, we had a temporary solution in place within days, set up interim IT for them when they moved into rented offices, and helped them to fully recover once they were back in their own premises.
“We practice regularly so we’re ready if something happens like a motherboard failure”
When hardware fails like a motherboard or hard disks we have extensive experience of getting servers working again rapidly. In fact restoring servers is something we practice regularly so we are ready if it happens for real. Recently, when one of our local clients had a server failure we waited for the part from HP and then we worked through the night making sure his server was ready for start of business the next day.
